Q: What if you find extra work?
A: We will inform you of any problems we find. We will make sure your vehicle is safe and legal to drive and if not we will advise not to drive it. We provide a quote and next available booking to carry out the repairs required.

Q: What do you do with the old parts/oils?
A: We allow you to inspect any parts removed after work has been finished. We remove all used oils and parts and dispose of them inline with environmental standards.

Q: My engine warning light has come on, what should I do?
A: If the orange warning light (or visit workshop) is displayed, call us, we will be able to read any codes and check for the problem and advise further.

Q: Do I need my car servicing at a dealer to keep the warranty?
A: During the period of manufactures warranty you can have your car serviced out side the dealer network, as long as manufacturer approved parts are used.

Q: My car has failed the MOT, what should I do?
A: Contact us, we will need a copy of the MOT fail sheet. We will quote you a price to have the car repaired and you will be back on the road in no time!

Q: I work 9 till 5 and cant drop my car off...?
A: We can come to you to repair your car. Being totally mobile means you don't have to miss work to have your car repaired. We even work weekends.
